Programmatic SEO for B2B SaaS Companies

Right now, someone is searching for

“CRM software for roofing contractors”

Is it your business they find? I build a page for every service and area you cover, so they land on you, not a competitor or a directory.

What it means for you

How a search turns into a customer

Software buyers rarely search for your category name on its own. They search for a tool that fits their situation, like 'CRM for roofing contractors', 'inventory software for dental practices' or 'YourProduct vs CompetitorX'. Each of those is a small, high-intent search. I build a page for every combination of use case, industry and comparison you can genuinely serve, so you show up for all of them.

  1. 1. THEY SEARCH

An operations manager at a roofing firm who has outgrown spreadsheets types “CRM software for roofing contractors” into Google.

  2. 2. THEY FIND YOUR PAGE

Instead of a directory or a competitor, they land on a page built for that exact use case: the problems roofing firms have with generic CRMs, the features of your product that solve them, and how you compare with the obvious alternatives.

  3. 3. THEY CONTACT YOU

Because the page answers exactly what they asked, they book a demo straight from the page.

What the pages look like

One page for every search that matters

Here's what one of your pages could look like, and how a handful of services and areas multiplies into hundreds of them.

Roofing firms juggle site surveys, quotes, weather delays and crews. Most CRMs were built for sales teams, not trades.

Each square is a page. For example, 10 use cases × 30 industries you serve = 300 pages, each one built for a search a real customer makes.

What you get

Everything included in the build and monthly plan

  • A search map for your business

Every service-and-place combination worth a page, with the searches behind them. Yours to keep.

  • 300–1,000 pages at launch

Built against the strongest searches first, in your branding, on your domain.

  • Templates you approve

Nothing goes live until you have checked how the pages look and what they say.

  • Hosting and monitoring

Fast hosting, Search Console set up, and indexing problems caught and fixed.

  • New pages every month

More services, areas or page types added based on what is working.

  • A monthly report in plain English

Pages live, how often they appeared in Google, clicks, and enquiries where you can track them.

The process

How the build works, step by step

You approve the plan and the templates before anything goes live.

STEP 1

Map the searches

I list every service, specialism and area you cover and check which combinations people actually search for. You get a written map of the pages worth building for your b2b saas companies business before any build starts.

STEP 2

Build the data

Each page needs real facts behind it: the service, the area, your details for that area, useful local information. I put that into a structured dataset, so every page says something specific instead of swapping the town name.

STEP 3

Build the templates

I design the page templates and you approve them. The pages go on a subfolder or subdomain of your site in your branding, load fast on phones, and link to each other so Google can find them all.

STEP 4

Launch, measure, grow

Pages go live in batches. I watch which ones Google indexes and which get seen and clicked in Search Console, prune what doesn't work and add more of what does. You get a monthly report in plain English.

“Won't Google penalise pages like this?”

Fair question. Google's policy targets pages made for search engines instead of people: thousands of near-identical pages where only the town name changes. That's exactly what I don't build.

  • Every page is backed by real details for that service and place, not a template with the town name swapped.

  • Every page targets a search people actually make. If nobody searches for it, I do not build it.

  • Pages go live in batches and indexing is monitored, so problems get caught early.

  • Pages that do not perform are cut or merged. 800 pages that get found beat 10,000 that do not.

Big sites like Zapier, Wise and G2 are well-known examples of this approach done well. The risk isn't the method, it's thin pages.

Straight answers

What I won't promise

  • Number-one rankings by a set date. Nobody controls Google, and anyone who promises that is guessing.

  • A set number of leads. That depends on your market, your prices and how you answer the phone.

  • Made-up case studies or results. When a client build has real numbers, they will go here.

Who builds your pages

I'm Kenny Swann.

I run Avatar Alchemy from Glastonbury in Somerset. You might first talk to one of my sales partners, but every build is planned, built and checked by me.

I build these page systems with AI tools, and I check the data and every claim on the pages myself, because one wrong price or made-up fact on a page costs you more than it gains. The first system I built was for my own tutoring platform, LumenForge, which now runs over 1,100 pages across five sites.

Questions people ask

From b2b saas companies and everyone else.

Can the pages sit on our existing site?

Yes. The pages can live in a subfolder or on a subdomain and use your branding, so they look like part of your site rather than a bolt-on.

How do you handle comparison pages?

Comparison pages ('YourProduct vs CompetitorX') are built from facts you sign off: features, pricing models and who each tool suits. They stay factual, because inaccurate comparisons hurt trust and can create legal risk.

Is programmatic SEO worth it for B2B SaaS Companies?

It is if your customers search in repeatable patterns: a service plus a location, a specialism plus a type of client, or a product plus a comparison. Each pattern becomes a set of pages. If your market only searches one or two generic terms, a few well-written pages will do the job better, and I'll tell you that on the call.

How long until we see results?

The first pages can appear in Google within days to a couple of weeks of launch. Impressions usually build over the first 6 to 12 weeks as Google tests the pages, and enquiries tend to follow from around month 3 onwards. That depends on your market and competition, so I report against it monthly and you can see exactly where you are.

How much does it cost?

£3,000 fixed for the build, then £1,000 a month for hosting, monitoring and adding pages. To judge whether that's worth it, work out how many extra customers a month would cover £1,000 for your business. The calculator on this page does that for you.

Will Google penalise us for auto-generated pages?

Not when every page is genuinely useful. Google's scaled-content policy targets near-identical pages made for search engines instead of people, the kind where only the town name changes. Every page I build is backed by real details for that service and place, targets a search people actually make, and gets monitored after launch.

How many pages do we need?

Fewer than you'd think to start. Most builds launch with somewhere between 300 and 1,000 pages covering the strongest searches, prove they get indexed and found, then grow from there. Volume follows evidence.

Will the new pages compete with our existing ones?

No. I check what you already rank for first and only build pages for searches you don't already own. Each page targets a different search, and the structure tells Google clearly which page answers what.

Do we need to write anything?

No. I build the data, the templates and the copy. I'll ask you for accurate details about your services, areas and prices, because accurate pages are what rank and convert. You check and approve the templates before anything goes live.

What happens if we stop the monthly plan?

You keep every page built so far. The monthly plan covers hosting, monitoring, pruning and adding pages. If you stop, I hand everything over so it can keep running on your own hosting.
